Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Service Agreement

1. Services Offered
Montreal Companions provides high-quality companionship services exclusively for social, travel, and event purposes. Our services are designed to offer meaningful, engaging, and respectful experiences. Under no circumstances do we provide any services that are illegal or intimate in nature. Any attempt to solicit such activities will result in the immediate termination of services, with no refund provided.

 

2. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our services. By engaging with Montreal Companions, you confirm that you meet the age requirement. Montreal Companions reserves the right to verify age at any point.

 

3. Privacy and Confidentiality
We value and protect the privacy of our clients and companions. Any personal information collected is used solely for booking purposes and will be handled with the utmost discretion. Montreal Companions does not share client information with any third parties outside of necessary service providers (e.g., payment processors), and all data is securely managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

4. Booking and Payment
Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly. 
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on prior arrangements. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, direct deposits, and other secure payment methods.
Deposits: For certain services, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are refundable only in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Agency: In rare cases, Montreal Companions reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a booking without prior notice will result in a no-show fee, and future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

 

6. Conduct and Respect
Montreal Companions upholds a standard of respect, professionalism, and safety for both clients and companions. All clients are expected to behave respectfully toward companions and to adhere to the companion's comfort and boundaries. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by our companion will result in the immediate termination of the service, with no refund.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
Montreal Companions aims to provide a high standard of service but does not accept liability for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the engagement. Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. By using our services, clients assume full responsibility for their actions and agree to hold Montreal Companions harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their engagement.

 

8. Modifications to Agreement
Montreal Companions reserves the right to modify this Service Agreement at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this agreement periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.
